Insurance Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Insurance Executive to join our team at Insight Select Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and market knowledge
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity
- Proven experience in a commercial insurance sales or business development role
- Strong understanding of insurance products and services, with a focus on commercial lines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions
- Competitive base salary of £28,000 - £45,000, with uncapped commission potential
