Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Policy Management: Ensure all policies are up to date and in line with client requirements, providing regular reviews and recommendations for improvement.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive and customer-focused approach.
- Experience: Previous experience in a new business role, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Qualifications: Cert CII qualification or equivalent desirable.
- Competitive Salary: £28,000 - £45,000 base salary, depending on experience.
- Commission Structure: OTE of £60,000.
