Business Development Executive

Job OverviewIn this key role, you will manage a portfolio of Industrial and Waste customer accounts across the South of the UK, driving revenue growth and achieving annual parts and service sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Revenue Growth Strategy: Identify opportunities to grow revenue and develop plans to achieve annual sales targets.
- Regular Communication: Maintain regular call cycles (weekly, monthly, or quarterly) to keep in touch with customers and foster strong relationships.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare and submit monthly activity and business forecasting reports to guide strategic goals.
- Utilizing Tools: Use the Finning market analysis tool to identify new, lapsed, and campaign opportunities, and convert leads generated by the Inside Sales Team.
- Customer Point of Contact: Act as a primary contact for customers, stakeholders, and influencers, promoting Finning support services and resolving any issues promptly.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other Product Support Sales Managers and internal teams to maximize opportunities across Product Support and New Sales.
- Mentorship and Guidance: Provide guidance and mentoring to Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) and Product Support Representatives (PSRs) to support their development.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about competitors and market trends to support new product and campaign developments.
- Proven experience in sales and customer account management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong attention to detail in planning and reporting.
- A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
