Job Summary

ASR International is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Director to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across the South East and Central regions, developing strong customer relationships, and positioning the company as the go-to solutions partner in the market.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth across the designated area.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with distributors, national merchants, and independent showrooms to develop existing relationships and secure new business.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £70,000-£90,000 per annum, plus an excellent benefits package and long-term career opportunities.
