About the Role

We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team at Freight Personnel. This exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent organisational skills and a flexible approach to work.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and following up on leads to maximise profitable NEW BUSINESS development opportunities in the NORTH WEST LANCASHIRE and MANCHESTER REGION.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Generate leads in your defined geographical area
  2. Convert ALL leads into profitable business
  3. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in your area
  4. Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  5. Review and manage agreements in line with product changes

Competitive Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
