We are seeking an exceptional Executive Operations Coordinator to support the smooth operation of Dream House Build Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring a seamless workflow.
- Plan and coordinate work schedules, delegate tasks, and manage responsibilities.
- Organize office procedures and administrative systems.
- Manage correspondence, complaints, and queries efficiently.
- Serve as a supervisor for administrative staff, providing guidance and support.
- Handle accounts, sales, and vacancy records with accuracy.
- Maintain and implement office health and safety policies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior operational role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic financial management.
About the Role:
