Companionship Support Specialist

Care Assistants are the heart of our business, delivering award-winning care to support our clients in their own homes to maintain their independence, dignity, and self-worth.
As a Human Support Group Care Assistant, you'll have the flexibility to choose your shifts, with options for full-time, part-time, or flexible hours. You'll also receive enhanced pay for weekends and bank holidays.
The role involves providing companionship, personal care, medication reminders, meal preparation, housekeeping, and mobility support. You'll need to be patient, compassionate, and have strong communication skills. In return, you'll receive a competitive salary of £88 per hour plus paid mileage, as well as access to our in-house app and benefits platform.
