About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Care Home Clinical Lead. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents, ensuring that our care is in line with all regulations and standards.

As a Care Home Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing coaching, training, and mentoring to our team to keep them updated on the latest clinical developments. You will also be responsible for making critical clinical decisions, managing projects, and evolving care levels to meet every resident's needs.

We are looking for a dedicated and motivational individual who is passionate about delivering person-centered care and has a strong awareness of clinical policy frameworks and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. If you have a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification and experience in gerontology, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to the team to keep them updated on the latest clinical developments
  • Make critical clinical decisions, manage projects, and evolve care levels to meet every resident's needs
  • Ensure that our care is in line with all regulations and standards
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
