About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Care Home Clinical Lead. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents, ensuring that our care is in line with all regulations and standards.

As a Care Home Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing coaching, training, and mentoring to our nursing team to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest clinical developments. You will also be responsible for overseeing the creation of care plans, implementing safeguarding policies, and making critical clinical decisions to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

We are looking for a dedicated and motivational individual who is passionate about delivering person-centered care and has a strong awareness of clinical policy frameworks and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. If you have experience in gerontology and a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification, we would love to hear from you.
