About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Care Home Clinical Lead. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical care to our residents. This will involve implementing our rigorous safeguarding policies, overseeing the creation of care plans, and making critical clinical decisions to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain high standards of clinical care in accordance with our policies and procedures
  • Oversee the creation of individualized care plans for residents, ensuring their needs are met and their dignity is respected
  • Make critical clinical decisions, using your professional judgment to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents
  • Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to our nursing team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical developments and best practices, sharing your knowledge with the team to ensure we are always providing the best possible care

About You

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification. Experience of gerontology is essential, as is a strong awareness of clinical policy frameworks and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. You will be a dedicated and motivational individual who enjoys sharing your knowledge with others, and who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to our residents.
