Office Administrator

Reed is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to support their external sales team and work closely with the service department. This is a brand new role, offering a unique opportunity to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow up on quotations sent by the technical sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Creation of service quotation renewals and follow-up processes.
  • Proactively maintain existing business relationships, ensuring customer requirements and expectations are met.
  • Intensive work on SAP, including daily completion of CRM activities.
  • Supplier quotation requests and quote generation to support the Technical Sales Team.
Requirements:
  • Experience supporting a sales team in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SAP CRM and quoting systems.
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • End-user point of sales experience.
