Apprentice Administrator

At Temp Station Ltd, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to learn and grow with our company, gaining valuable experience in office administration, recruitment, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration of our office, including filing, data input, and in-house systems.
- Support our recruitment team in processing payroll, collating hours, and creating costings.
- Ensure all candidate and client files are accurate and up-to-date.
- Conduct quarterly compliance checks with candidates.
- Work alongside our team to develop a full understanding of our business, from recruitment to logistics.
- Build relationships with clients and develop a strong understanding of their needs.
Training and Development:
We offer a comprehensive training program, including regular college sessions and on-the-job training. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is friendly, approachable, and willing to learn. You should be computer literate and have a strong understanding of basic office software.
Qualifications:
Maths and English qualifications are required.
Important Information:
This role involves working in a fast-paced environment and may require working outside of normal office hours. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
