Apprentice Administrator

Temp Station Ltd is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice to join our team in the Normanton Office. As a Trainee Administrator/Resourcer/Consultant, you will have the opportunity to learn the workings of a Recruitment/Logistics company and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office administration, including filing, data input, and in-house systems
- Payroll process and weekly tasks, such as collating hours, checking timesheets, and creating costings
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate and client files
- Quarterly compliance checks with candidates
- Working with the team to develop a full understanding of the business, from recruitment to logistics
- Building relationships with clients and developing new business opportunities
Training and Development:
You will have one day per week allocated for training/college, where you will learn the skills and knowledge required to succeed in this role.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with occasional flexibility to meet business needs.
About the Role:
This is an open-ended position, with opportunities for growth and development within the company. We are looking for someone who is friendly, approachable, and willing to learn, with strong computer skills and a good understanding of maths and English.
Important Information:
This role will involve working in a fast-paced environment and may require occasional work outside of normal office hours. You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve.
