Regional Sales Director

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales and profit targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the Public Safety Channel.
- Manage and motivate distribution channels and through strategic territory planning, product training, and joint sales calls.
Requirements:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional with a strong background in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience working in the medical device industry is highly desirable. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is essential.
