As Regional Sales Director, you will play a key role in driving growth in the Public Safety Channel. With a strong background in sales leadership and a proven track record of success, you will lead a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales and profit targets. Your expertise in sales strategy development, team management, and customer relationships will be critical in achieving our business objectives. You will be based remotely and will travel extensively throughout the assigned region to call on current and potential channels, for sales, to include sales representatives, managers, area managers, distributors, and end user customers. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales and profit targets.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the Public Safety Channel.
  3. Manage and motivate distribution channels and through strategic territory planning, product training, and joint sales calls.

Requirements:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional with a strong background in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience working in the medical device industry is highly desirable. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is essential.

Benefits:
ZOLL Medical Corporation offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $160,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
