Regional Sales Professional

We are a leading manufacturer of multi-point locking systems, and we are seeking a talented Regional Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our customer base and increasing sales within designated territories.
Main Responsibilities:
* Identify new business opportunities within targeted sectors, including composite and timber fire doors, retail, and trade.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and distributors.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new product development opportunities and promote our solutions to commercial clients.
* Proactively manage the distributor network to ensure efficient sales and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Proven track record of success selling solutions or products into the windows, doors, fenestration, and fabrication market.
* Excellent account management and new business development skills.
* Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to present our company image professionally at all levels.
