Executive Director of Sales

Job Title: Executive Director of Sales
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
The Executive Director of Sales will be responsible for meeting or exceeding company sales and profits for the Public Safety Channel through effective leadership and management of Regional Sales Managers, Law Enforcement National Sales Manager, Distribution Partner Managers. This individual will be based remotely and will be responsible for meeting or exceeding company sales and profits for said channels through effective leadership and management of all Public Safety field sales team personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel throughout assigned region to call on current and potential channels, for sales, to include sales representatives, managers, area managers, distributors, and end user customers.
- Manage and motivate distribution channels and through strategic territory planning, product training, and joint sales calls.
- Coordinate leads, orders, and quotes through medical distributors, manufacturer reps, and distributors.
- Conduct product training for distribution channels as required.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, the candidate should have a strong background in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will also have experience working in the medical device industry and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
