Job Title: Accommodation Office Team Leader

Landmarc Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and organized Team Leader to join our team at Fingringhoe Ranges in Essex. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective management and service delivery of our operations.

About the Role
  • Manage a team of operatives to maintain high standards across various estate management tasks.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of our facilities and equipment.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, contractors, and other teams to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of rural estate infrastructure, including fencing, tracks, and vegetation management.
  • Manage the operation of fleet vehicles, plant, and machinery.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations, including COSHH, manual handling, and risk assessments.
  • Develop and implement effective time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Full valid UK driving license.
