Job Title: Accommodation Office Team Leader

Landmarc Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and organized Team Leader to join our team at Fingringhoe Ranges in Essex. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the effective management and service delivery of our operations.

About the Role

As a Team Leader, you will oversee a team of operatives committed to maintaining high standards across various estate management tasks. While prior experience in the Defence Training Estate or a rural setting is advantageous, it is not essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a team of operatives to ensure high standards in estate management tasks.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, contractors, and other teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage and operate fleet vehicles, plant, and machinery to maintain rural estate infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, including COSHH, manual handling, risk assessments, and safe systems of work.
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient computer literacy, including the use of tablets and relevant software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Full Valid UK Driving Licence in order to carry out driving duties of the role.
