We are looking for a dedicated Home Care Specialist to join our team at Altogether Care.

As a Home Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in their own homes to live independently and safely. You will empower them to make their own decisions and choices, while providing support with personal care, physical and emotional support, and assisting with daily living tasks and activities.

The ideal candidate will be compassionate, naturally caring, and genuinely want to make a positive difference in people's lives. They will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a flexible approach to working hours.

This is a rewarding role that offers the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including people's own homes, and to develop strong relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £13.00 per hour, which is above the national average for this role in the South West region. This salary reflects the importance we place on attracting and retaining high-quality staff who share our values and commitment to delivering exceptional care.
