Job Description:

The Care Companion Role

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit clients in their homes for a minimum of 1 hour to provide support with daily needs, including meal preparation, emotional well-being, social events, and trips out in the community.
  • Communicate with families and nurses as part of the care team, if required.
  • Engage in creative activities to enhance and bring joy to clients' lives.
  • Participate in quarterly team meetings to support colleagues.
