You will be responsible for providing expert clinical leadership to the primary care team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical leadership to the primary care team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Develop and implement innovative practice, leading to improved patient outcomes and experiences.
  • Work collaboratively with other clinical leads, GPs, and other clinicians to maintain and review service needs.
  • Ensure the development of evidence-based practice in this specialist field, promoting research and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Implement effective patient-centered care planning tools and a trauma-informed model of delivery and integrated services within the establishment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Registered RGN qualification.
  • Non-Medical Prescribing qualification.
  • Evidence or experience of Leadership/Management qualification.
  • Postgraduate ACP qualification at degree level or equivalent.
  • Middle management experience in a MDT delivering primary care services.
  • Experience of managing staff.
  • Experience of service development, implementation, and change management.
  • Evidence of working as a nurse prescriber.
