Job Description
The Care Companion role
- Visit regular clients in their homes for a minimum of 1 hour to provide support with various needs, including meal preparation, emotional wellbeing, social events, and trips out in the community.
- Communicate with families and nurses as part of the care team if required.
- Be creative in ways to enhance and bring joy to someone's life.
- Participate in quarterly team meetings to support each other in our roles.
