Job Description

The Care Companion role

  • Visit regular clients in their homes for a minimum of 1 hour to provide support with various needs, including meal preparation, emotional wellbeing, social events, and trips out in the community.
  • Communicate with families and nurses as part of the care team if required.
  • Be creative in ways to enhance and bring joy to someone's life.
  • Participate in quarterly team meetings to support each other in our roles.
