About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading global law firm in the Energy & Natural Resources sector as a Proposals Writer. As a key member of the marketing team, you will have the chance to work on high-stakes projects and develop your expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the ENR Group: Collaborate with the Energy & Natural Resources group on large, complex Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and pitches.
  • Project Management: Manage and deliver end-to-end RFP opportunities, adhering to best practices and ensuring timely completion.
  • Winning Strategies: Identify and develop persuasive key sales messages to drive business growth.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate and manage inputs from various stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Proposal Development: Draft, edit, format, and produce RFP response documents, including content creation from scratch.
  • Client Support: Assist partners and lawyers in preparing for client presentations and provide support throughout the client engagement process.
  • Matter Information: Update and maintain matter information and group wording for ENR in Foundation.
  • Proposal Tracking: Ensure proposal opportunities are tracked in the firm's CRM system and maintain a library of proposal-related content.
Requirements
  • Excellent Writing Skills: Possess excellent drafting and writing ability, with a focus on creating high-quality content.
  • Self-Motivation: Demonstrate self-starter qualities with initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to Detail: Exhibit a high level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Industry Experience: Possess significant experience in a similar role within a partnership environment, understanding sector-focused client approaches.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, with confidence to present new concepts to senior partners and lawyers.
  • Team Collaboration: Showcase a flexible and versatile approach to work, enjoying team collaboration with diverse needs and styles.
  • Professional Services Experience: Possess proposals experience within a professional services environment, with strong IT literacy and ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure.
