Leverton Search is seeking a skilled Proposal Specialist to join our team. As a Proposal Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our business development efforts by creating high-quality proposals and due diligence questionnaires.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals and questionnaires that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
- Design and develop innovative solutions for clients, ensuring high-quality outcomes and compliance with organizational regulations.
- Work closely with Product Specialists, Client Managers, and Sales teams to generate proposals in a timely manner, maintaining a strong knowledge of our company's product range.
- Oversee the proposal completion process from identification to delivery, implementing best practices for submissions.
- Build strong relationships with external and internal clients, stakeholders, and senior management, including investment consultants.
- Think creatively to optimize the use of current systems and databases, implementing effective solutions for the group.
- Ensure timely completion of submissions, meeting required deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience in asset management RFP and due diligence.
- Proficiency in using Qvidian database (or equivalent).
- Educated to degree-level or directly relevant experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling interaction at all levels and across various environments.
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to work to deadlines.
- A passionate individual who is autonomous, an enthusiastic team player, and strives towards goals, expressing innovative thoughts and actions.
