Key Responsibilities

  • Assist professional staff with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Manage archives and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle new business enquiries, responding to phone calls and emails, and providing information to clients.
  • Order company stationery and other business materials.
  • Organize insurance renewals and other office tasks.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and update staff diaries.
  • Conduct daily planning application checks.
Human Resources
  • Maintain the company's staff manual and office procedures.
  • Collate information for employment contracts, run payroll, and keep track of staff holidays and sick days.
  • Administer the induction of new starters and manage leavers.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication, written, and spoken skills.
  • Experience with MS Office and other software packages.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
