As an ideal candidate, you will possess a strong understanding of social care principles, budget management, and sector-relevant legislation.

Key responsibilities for this role include working closely with the Service Manager to lead and manage a successful team, developing staff skills, and maintaining a safe and positive work environment. You will also act as the Service Manager in their absence and participate in the management cover rota, including day and night shifts.
