Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading by example and delegating tasks to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and sales performance. You will be expected to motivate and develop your team, providing them with the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales and lettings professionals to achieve sales and lettings targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers receive a professional and efficient service.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to track sales and lettings performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective working practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a sales or lettings role, with a strong track record of achieving sales and lettings targets.
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to develop and train a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • IT literate, with a strong understanding of MS Office and other relevant software.
