The Role
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the Area Manager. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing your own store, driving sales and performance across all major KPIs, and building a highly engaged and high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of at least 10 people to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Develop and implement effective store operations strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Lead from the front with a hands-on approach, inspiring and engaging your team to deliver outstanding results.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to achieve business objectives and drive company-wide initiatives.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on management experience in a retail environment, with a proven track record of delivering high standards and great results.
- Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Passionate about retail and customer service, with a strong focus on team leadership and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire your team.
