About the Role

The AI and Data Governance Leader will play a key role in developing and implementing effective data governance frameworks to ensure the quality and integrity of our data assets. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the success of our organization.

About You

You will have a proven track record in data governance, with experience in developing and implementing data governance policies, procedures, and standards. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective data governance frameworks to ensure the quality and integrity of our data assets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address data quality issues.
  • Design and implement processes related to data governance oversight.
  • Monitor and enhance the data governance framework within the business.
  • Support data governance activities such as data maturity assessments and master data management.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in data governance, including development and implementation of data governance policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of data management tools and applications, including data quality and data cataloguing.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £42,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a pension scheme, employee share plans, and flexible working arrangements.
