About the Role

This Youth Development Practitioner position is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people. You will be part of a dynamic team that provides supportive and inclusive care to children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Responsibilities
  1. Support young people in achieving their goals, promoting their education, and enhancing their overall well-being.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, families, and colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective support network.
Essential Qualifications
  • A Level 3 qualification in Children & Young People Family Practitioner or equivalent experience.
  • A valid full UK driving licence.
