About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to work night shifts. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working closely with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on care to patients, assessing their needs and developing individualized care plans
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices
Salary and Benefits:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Proven experience working in a care home setting, preferably as a Registered Nurse
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and residents
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
