Job Overview:

The Youth Care Specialist will work with vulnerable children in a residential setting, providing support and care to help them thrive. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on young lives and has experience working with vulnerable children in a residential setting.

Salary: £29,196 per annum, inclusive of sleeps (estimated hourly rate: £12.31)

Location: Cannock, Staffordshire

Working Hours: 24 hours part-time, including sleeps

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and care to vulnerable children in a residential setting
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the well-being of service users
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with vulnerable children in a residential setting
  • Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or willingness to obtain it
