Job Summary:

Blue Legal is seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to join their UK team. As a key member of the client care programme, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key client accounts and working closely with client-facing teams to set and achieve objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the account manager for a selected group of key client care accounts, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain client service tools for each client, liaising with the client service team to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Take lead on calls, identifying arising actions and seeing them through to completion, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell across departments, collaborating with the wider business development team to develop compelling tenders for panel appointments.
  • Involvement in client listening activities, gathering feedback and ensuring follow-up to drive continuous improvement.
  • Attend client relationship meetings, providing valuable insights and training fee earners on client listening and client experience activities.
  • Conduct quarterly financial analysis of key client accounts, advising fee earners on ROI and investment strategies.
  • Monitor client investment for key accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working within a professional services environment, preferably in a law firm, accountancy firm, or management consultancy.
  • Proven client relationship and business development experience, with a track record of building strong relationships and driving growth.
  • Able to build relationships with fee earners across offices and with the wider marketing team, ensuring seamless collaboration.
