Job Title: Service Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare reports on issues relating to engineer attendances, timekeeping, and general performance.
- Monitor system and client emails to ensure all client calls are being acknowledged and logged.
- Manage the company escalation rota for out of hours support and communicate with the ARC and Directors.
- Produce service productivity analysis reports and commentary on problem areas.
- Review service engineer's timesheets and present payroll information to the Service Manager.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
