Restaurant Management Opportunity

This is a fantastic chance to join a dynamic and ambitious group as they expand their casual dining brand in the UK. As a Bar Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of the business by focusing on customer satisfaction and working closely with the General Manager and team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and develop your team to achieve high standards in all aspects of the job
  • Recruit, train, and coach your team to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food and drink offerings
  • Manage the bar area to ensure efficient service and high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement business strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction
