About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead our food and drink team at Dukes Hotel and The Bird, Bath. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving the success of our restaurant, bar, and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the food and drink team to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests
  • Develop and implement service standards, team training sessions, and talent development programs
  • Work closely with our professional kitchen team to enhance our food and drink offerings
  • Take responsibility for Health & Safety, industry standards, and liquor stock control
  • Drive sales growth and revenue through effective marketing and promotional strategies
