About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead our food and drink team at Dukes Hotel and The Bird, Bath. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the food and drink team to achieve exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction
  • Develop and implement innovative menu concepts and beverage programs
  • Manage day-to-day restaurant, bar, and terrace operations, including breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner service
  • Collaborate with our professional kitchen team to enhance food and drink offerings
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and liquor stock control
  • Drive team engagement and development through training and coaching
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth
