Restaurant & Bar Manager RoleWe are seeking an experienced Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead our food and drink team and drive our restaurant and bar to the next level. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a great employee experience, delivering exceptional guest care, and implementing service standards that exceed our guests' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the food and drink team to deliver exceptional service and create a positive employee experience
- Develop and implement service standards that exceed guest expectations
- Work closely with our professional kitchen team to develop and enhance our food and drink offerings
- Take responsibility for Health & Safety, industry standards, and liquor stock control
- Drive sales and revenue growth through effective marketing and promotional strategies
- Manage and develop the skills of our team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service
