We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our Commercial team at Barratt Developments. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Commercial Director and Commercial Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of our department.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Commercial Director and Commercial Manager, including managing filing systems, databases, and other administrative tasks.
- Work closely with internal and external customers to ensure a smooth flow of information and work between departments.
- Monitor costs incurred by the department and ensure effective and efficient processing of documents through Company systems.
- Perform general departmental administration tasks as required, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and providing administrative support to other team members.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Experience of working in an administration/secretarial role, preferably in a commercial or business environment.
- Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency with MS Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to generate professional correspondence unaided and maintain accurate records.
- Self-discipline, with good time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external customers.
