Job Overview

This role is crucial in ensuring the development of high-quality educational resources that align with rigorous academic standards and meet the needs of learners and educators alike. As Content Development Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the comprehensive process of educational content creation, from conceptualisation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of educational content development and management
  • Collaboration with subject matter experts and educators to align content with educational standards and objectives
  • Maintenance of guidelines and standards for uniformity in tone, style, and quality across all materials
  • Regular audits of content to ensure ongoing accuracy and relevance

The successful candidate will lead a dynamic team of content creators and instructional designers, providing feedback and support. They will also liaise with other departments to ensure content meets broader organisational goals. A strong understanding of educational principles and curriculum development is essential, as is proven experience in content management, instructional design, or educational publishing.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus opportunities for professional growth and leadership development in a collaborative and innovative work environment. Flexible working arrangements, including remote work options, are also available.
