Job DescriptionAs a Senior Nursery Room Manager, you will play a key role in guiding and supporting the team, ensuring that every individual child's needs are met. Your responsibilities will include:
- Observing and assessing children's progress, identifying areas for development and implementing targeted interventions;
- Taking ownership of planning and delivering engaging educational programs that meet the needs of diverse learners;
- Supporting the staff team in developing their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent;
- Previous experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Manager, or Senior Nursery Practitioner;
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, children, and parents.
