About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training and Content Developer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging learning experiences that empower our customers and staff to master our recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Deliver Training Programs: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of our customers and staff, utilizing online training platforms and other tools
  • Training Technology Expertise: Bring experience and knowledge of online training platforms, learning management systems, and other technologies that support effective and efficient training
  • Create Engaging Learning Materials: Design and develop high-quality learning materials, including manuals, video tutorials, e-learning modules, and other resources that make learning fun and effective
  • Conduct Training Sessions: Lead training sessions in various formats, including in-person workshops, interactive webinars, and online courses
  • Support and Troubleshoot: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for our customers and staff, ensuring they have the resources and guidance they need to succeed
  • Evaluate and Improve: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs, making improvements and recommendations to ensure they meet the evolving needs of our customers and staff
