About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Communications Content Manager to join our team at CRH. As a key member of our Communications team, you will play a lead role in planning, designing, and executing communications content across various channels. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure engaging and inspiring content that caters to different audiences and supports Leviat's ambition.
This is a hybrid role in a matrix environment, with the expectation of at least one day a week in our Sheffield, UK office. You will work closely with regional and global teams to gather content and news stories, preparing them to support upcoming global content and activities.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing an overall editorial plan, managing the Leviat internal channel matrix, producing high-quality content, and experimenting with content formats to ensure Leviat messages reach and engage target audiences.
You will also be responsible for monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of all communications activity and channels, engaging and managing external suppliers, and supporting content development for ad-hoc project campaigns.
Requirements
- Self-starter with the ability to manage your own workload and adapt to change
- Communications/marketing qualification or equivalent work experience, preferably in an editorial/planning role
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to produce compelling content for various audiences
- Experience in communications measurement and the ability to demonstrate campaign ROI
- Developed project and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in a matrixed organization and communicating effectively with diverse audiences
- Knowledge of the latest communications and marketing trends and best practices
- Fluency in English, with other languages (German, French, Dutch) an advantage
