About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the technical team to ensure the smooth execution of events and productions.
  • Develop and provide detailed show reports to stakeholders.
  • Create stage plans and schedules for technical support teams to guarantee seamless event delivery.
  • Collaborate with the director and production team to run technical and dress rehearsals.
  • Liaise with all parties involved in the production and entertainment leadership team to ensure effective communication.
  • Act as security personnel to safeguard equipment and performers.
  • Perform lifting and carrying of equipment and sets, including unloading and loading of vehicles.
  • Ensure the correct storage and regular maintenance of scenery and scenic properties.
  • Implement and adhere to health and safety procedures.
  • Guarantee that all shows are consistently delivered to a high standard.

About You

Requirements:

  • Proven experience within the entertainment industry.
  • Minimum 2 years of stage management and leadership experience.
  • Knowledge of technical procedures and systems.
  • Experience of managing a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving attitude.
  • The ability to work to deadlines.
  • Creative skills.
  • The confidence to work independently and use initiative when necessary.
  • A committed team player with flexibility, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering exceptional products and services.
