Production Operative

A state-of-the-art electronic components manufacturing facility is now looking to grow their team by adding 10 x Production Operatives to their team.

Reporting to the shift manager, you will be responsible for the assembly of parts in an anti-static environment, ensuring high quality standards are maintained.

Full training is provided for Production Operatives to:

  • Work as part of team to build production parts / assemblies
  • Operate Production Line Equipment
  • Ensure all equipment faults are reported to the Operations Team Leader of Manufacturing Team Leader
  • Carry out basic testing quality checks
  • Packing goods ready for shipment
  • Ensuring work areas and machinery are cleaned and maintained

The ideal Production Operative will have experience in the following:

  • Attention to detail - Essential
  • Previous experience - Essential
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Be able to work both independently and within a Team.
  • Automotive experience in assembly -
  • IT Literate.

Ability to demonstrate a flexible working approach.

This is a temporary assignment that will become a permanent position for the right individuals. This is like any probationary period you will experience in a permanent position.
