Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team in the Transformation Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering education programs for people with diabetes and carers.
Your primary focus will be on promoting self-management strategies and providing opportunities for health promotion. You will work closely with the Diabetes Specialist Nurses to assess nursing needs, plan, implement, and evaluate care delivery.
