About the Role

As an Educational Support Specialist, you will contribute to the education of children and young people who have been identified as requiring additional support including those with exceptional health care needs.

You will work closely with the Head Teacher to ensure that pupils' needs are well met through high-quality learning and teaching.

This post is based within Lockhart Campus, providing a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students.

Key Responsibilities

  • To support the delivery of inclusive practice ensuring that all pupils receive the best possible education
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to identify and meet the needs of pupils with exceptional health care needs
  • To provide emotional support and guidance to pupils as required

Salary Information

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
