Administrative Support Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in the Health & Social Care Partnership Business Administration department.

As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to the Community Payback/Unpaid Work Office team, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day tasks and activities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing paperwork.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence and other materials as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions and Salary

This role is based in a busy office environment, requiring the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

The estimated salary for this position is £27,000 - £34,000 per annum, depending on experience.
