About the Role

This Administrative Support Specialist position is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the delivery of administrative services within the Health & Social Care Partnership Business Administration department.

You will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to the Community Payback/Unpaid Work Office team, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day tasks and activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer documents, reports, and other materials as required.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of data and information.
  • Maintain organized and efficient filing systems.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence and other materials as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
