This Administrative Support Specialist position is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the delivery of administrative services within the Health & Social Care Partnership Business Administration department.
You will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to the Community Payback/Unpaid Work Office team, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day tasks and activities.
Key Responsibilities- Administer documents, reports, and other materials as required.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of data and information.
- Maintain organized and efficient filing systems.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence and other materials as needed.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in administration or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This role is based in a busy office environment, requiring the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
