Main Responsibilities:
  1. Support the training team in delivering leadership and performance development programs.
  2. Coordinate event logistics, including venue booking and internal communication.
  3. Manage data entry, scheduling, and GDPR-related queries to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  4. Contribute to firm-wide soft skills training and Future Talent initiatives, encompassing trainee recruitment, mentoring, and program delivery.
  5. Assist with external training events and manage program logistics to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need strong communication, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency.
